Our new Healthy Start Program is designed specifically for puppies and kittens to give them the best start in life. It includes all clinically recommended activities and treatments for young pets, with savings of 20-40% when all required appointments are pre-booked.

Available to both new and existing clients, the program includes 4 visits for puppies and kittens, each offering a bundle of essential services at a reduced rate. Our goal is to provide new pets with the care they need while offering exceptional value to their owners.

Through this program, your pet will receive all the recommended vaccines, along with regular checkups to monitor their health, address potential concerns early, and provide professional guidance to support their growth into a healthy, happy companion!

PROGRAM DETAILS

The Healthy Start Program includes 4 visits for your puppy or kitten, each packed with recommended services at a discounted rate.

  1. When you join the Healthy Start program, you pre-book your puppy or kitten's visits along with their spay/neuter procedure—four (4) visits in total. There is no upfront payment, no enrollment fee, and no contract to sign. 
  2. At each visit, your furry family member will get a bundle of recommended services, and you'll save on each visit's invoice
  3. To keep enjoying the program benefits, just stay on track with the recommended schedule. You'll need to complete all vaccine visits to receive the spay/neuter discount. 

1. Can include the noted diagnostics in any of the 3 visits.
2. Microchips can be implanted at any visit. For pets travelling to the USA, the microchip must be implanted prior to the rabies vaccine being administered.
3. E-Collar will be included in the spay/neuter package. Medical shirts are not included but can be purchased separately.

Booking and Savings

Q: Do I have to pay for all my pre-booked services in one lump sum?
A: No, you pay for each appointment at the discounted rate at the time of the visit. If an appointment is skipped, the next appointment will not receive a discount. 

Q: What if I can’t make my pre-booked appointments?
A: We understand that schedules can change. We can rebook as needed, but all vaccine visits must be attended for the discount to be applied to your pet’s spay/neuter procedure. 

Q: Can I still get the discount if my pet’s spay/neuter is recommended later than the 6-18 month window?
A: Yes, as long as the spay/neuter is scheduled at the recommended time. 

Q: What if an appointment can’t be rescheduled in the necessary timeframe for the vaccine?
A: In the event that our hospital is unable to book you in at our location, we will schedule you in at one of our sister practices (if possible). 

Joining the Program

Q: What are the upfront costs to join the program?
A: There is no upfront payment, no enrollment fee, and no contract to sign. The program discount will be applied and reflected on the invoice at the end of each appointment.

Q: What if my puppy/kitten already has the services offered in the first visit? Can I still join the program?
A: Yes. You’re still eligible and can jump in starting with the 12-week visit instead of the 8-week one.

Q: I’m already a client – can I take advantage of this program for my puppy/kitten?
A: Yes, this program is available to both new and existing clients.
