Growing up in a family of first responders, Steph's interest in medicine developed early. With a deep love for animals, veterinary medicine became a natural career choice. Steph is particularly fascinated by surgery and enjoys studying animal anatomy and the latest advancements in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
Steph is also deeply committed to supporting grieving pet owners. Having experienced the loss of a beloved pet, they are dedicated to providing compassionate care and comprehensive information to pet parents during difficult times.
Outside of work, you can often find Steph and their husband enjoying concerts or exploring nature on hikes. They share their home with three rabbits—Zorro, Ria, and Moo—and a Plain Hognose snake named Toast. Steph humorously notes that not a single brain cell is found between their four pets.
